The agent runs on your restaurant's WhatsApp Business account, guests message you normally and the AI handles availability checks, booking confirmation, preference capture, and automated reminders at 24h and 2h before the reservation. If a guest asks something outside the booking flow, a complaint, a special request the AI isn't trained on, or a complex allergy query, it routes the conversation to a human immediately and flags it as priority. Most of the time, yes. Mise integrates with the major POS systems used in UAE and India, including Lightspeed, Toast, Oracle MICROS, Revel, and several regional systems common in Dubai's hospitality market. We do a technical assessment before any engagement to confirm compatibility. In cases where integration isn't feasible, we discuss options, sometimes the replacement is the right call, sometimes a middleware layer solves it. We won't force a POS switch if your current setup can work with our platform.
Multi-location reputation management is something we've built specifically for F&B groups. Each location has its own Google Business Profile, we optimise all of them centrally, route post-visit review requests to the correct location-specific link based on where the reservation was made, and monitor all incoming reviews in a unified dashboard. Response templates are customised per location's tone, but managed centrally to ensure consistency. For a 6-location group, you'd get a weekly reputation report showing each location's rating trajectory, new reviews received, and response rate, and our team handles all responses within 24 hours.
Retainers are scoped around your specific gaps, not a fixed bundle. A typical restaurant retainer covers: paid media management (Meta + Google), local SEO and Google Business optimisation, review management and response, WhatsApp automation maintenance, and a monthly performance review with senior strategy. Software (Mise) is licensed separately at a per-location fee. We don't bill by the hour and don't pad retainers with deliverables that don't directly move cover count, direct order revenue, or margin. Everything maps to one of those three.
