The role
We're looking for someone to drive new business growth across the GCC and wider MENA region. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, from cold outreach through to signed proposals. This is a hunter role, not an account management seat.
What you'll do
- Identify and pursue high-value prospects across healthcare, e-commerce, F&B, and professional services in the Gulf region
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using LinkedIn, events, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Run discovery calls, craft proposals, and negotiate contracts alongside senior leadership
- Represent Percee at industry events, networking forums, and trade shows across the UAE and KSA
- Collaborate with the delivery team to scope projects accurately and set expectations from day one
- Track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue targets, and own the numbers
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of B2B business development experience, ideally in digital marketing, tech, or professional services
- Strong network in the UAE/GCC business community, or the hustle to build one quickly
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus
- You're comfortable with ambiguity, self-driven, and energized by the chase
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Bonus points
- Existing relationships with C-suite decision-makers in target verticals
- Experience selling multi-service retainers (SEO + paid + web + branding bundles)
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
The role
We need someone to lead our India business development efforts, targeting mid-market and enterprise clients across healthcare, e-commerce, education, and FMCG. You'll build the pipeline from scratch, working closely with the founding team to shape our go-to-market for the Indian subcontinent.
What you'll do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business across India, with a focus on Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai markets
- Build outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and warm introductions to reach decision-makers
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and position Percee's services as the solution
- Create and present proposals, pricing models, and scoping documents
- Attend and represent Percee at relevant industry events, startup meetups, and business forums
- Feed market intelligence back to the team, what Indian clients care about, pricing sensitivities, competitive gaps
What we're looking for
- 2-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in digital services, SaaS, or marketing agencies
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication, you can hold a room and write a clean email
- Hungry, resourceful, and comfortable with rejection, this is a ground-up role
- Familiarity with the Indian SME and mid-market landscape
Bonus points
- Prior experience selling digital marketing or technology services to Indian businesses
- Telugu or Hindi fluency alongside English
- Existing network in Hyderabad's startup or business ecosystem
