Percee started as a reaction. We'd spent years inside agencies that sold templated strategies at premium prices, and watched clients pay for the packaging, not the thinking.
Most agencies have a template. Onboarding template. Strategy template. Reporting template. None of that is the problem. The problem is when the template starts answering questions nobody asked yet.
We watched it happen enough times to stop pretending it was the client's fault. A specific problem walks in. The nearest playbook walks out. The invoice, though, that was always bespoke.
Percee exists because we got tired of being part of that.

Most agency relationships follow a script. You just don't get to read it.
